Mindbloom
The largest guided at-home ketamine program in the US: sublingual tablets, structured weekly sessions, clinician consults and guide coaching, with a peer monitor required during every session.
At-home ketamine programs are legal telehealth in the United States but are not available in Canada. Prescribing follows an online clinical evaluation; a state-by-state availability check is on each provider's site.
Mindbloom is the most recognisable name in at-home ketamine. Sessions use sublingual tablets at therapeutic doses, roughly weekly during an initial course, each with an intentional structure and a required peer monitor in the room. A 2022 open-label study of its own clients was published in the Journal of Affective Disorders; that is real data but not a controlled trial. Not available in every state.
